Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. In rare cases where we identify a high risk of fraud or are unable to fulfill your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you were approved for a refund and have not received it:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We must be notified within seven (7) business days of delivery.

Proof of defect or damage (such as photos) may be required.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)
Before returning any product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing [email protected].
Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
